Its a straight of copy of map07 from Doom 2. Nothing new, just a straight copy. In Doom 2 I liked playing this map, but that was a few years ago. Since then deathmatch has changed. Maps are now multi-level and the way DM is played is different.
Texturing isn't very good. It could be more consistent and blend together better. I would have liked some new varied architecture to help enhance the map. Also in keeping with the original item placement is fairly faithfully.
As a blast from the past, its a interesting diversion, if only to see how its plays in Quake.
